Ülemiste City is Estonia’s largest business and knowledge campus: a complex of office buildings has been built on the site of the former Dvigatel factory, home to hundreds of companies, including a large part of Estonia’s technology sector.
The tram stop is on the edge of the campus and is served by lines T2 and T4. The connection reopened on 1 August 2026 together with the whole airport branch.
From the stop the airport is one stop away and Ülemiste jaam likewise one. That makes the campus one of the best-connected workplaces in Tallinn.
