Salme stop — Põhja-Tallinn · Kalamaja

The Salme stop is in the northern part of Kalamaja, near the Salme cultural centre. The cultural centre has been operating since the 1970s and to this day is one of the main concert and theatre halls in Põhja-Tallinn.

Kalamaja is Tallinn’s best-known wooden-house district — narrow streets, colourful wooden houses and a dense network of cafés. From the stop, the Kalamaja cemetery park is about a five-minute walk away.

The stop is served by lines T1, T2, T5 and T6. The next stop towards the city centre is Telliskivi.
