Lennujaam is the terminus of lines T2 and T4, right in front of the Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport terminal. The stop is about a hundred metres from the terminal door — Tallinn is one of the few European capitals where the tram runs right up to the airport door.
The tram connection to the airport opened in 2017, but it was closed in the summer of 2023 for the Vanasadam tramway and then the Ülemiste terminal construction. The connection reopened on 1 August 2026; a test run was made on 9 July 2026.
The city centre is about 20 minutes away by tram (T4 via Viru) and Vanasadam about 25 minutes (T2). The journey costs the price of an ordinary hour ticket — there is no airport surcharge.

Yes. From 1 August 2026 lines T2 (Kopli – Vanasadam – Lennujaam) and T4 (Tondi – Lennujaam) run to the airport. The stop is in front of the terminal.
About 20 minutes to the Viru area on line T4, and about 25 minutes to Vanasadam on line T2.
An ordinary hour ticket, 2 € (validated with an Ühiskaart or bank card). No surcharge is charged for the airport.
The connection was closed in the summer of 2023 for the construction of the Vanasadam tramway and then the Ülemiste passenger terminal. It reopened on 1 August 2026.
