Tram line T3: Tondi – Kadriorg

Line T3 is the network’s shortest route — 12 stops and about 21 minutes end to end. It links the southern terminus at Tondi with Kadriorg park, passing on the way through Vabaduse väljak, Viru and Hobujaama.

T3 is a good choice for getting around within the city centre: from Vabaduse väljak to Viru väljak, or from Hobujaama to Kadriorg. At weekday peak times the tram runs every 9–10 minutes, but during the day and at weekends less often — about every 18–20 minutes.

At weekends T3 services do not start until around eight in the morning, the latest anywhere on the network.

From 1 August 2026: tram line numbers gain a T prefix (1 → T1, 2 → T2, and so on) and the tram runs to the airport again. The old numbers may linger for a while on stops and older maps — the routes themselves stay the same, except for the southern end of T2 and T4.
