Tondi is the southernmost point of the tram network and the terminus of two lines: T3 departs from here to Kadriorg and T4 to the airport. The stop has a tram turning loop.
The area’s best-known structure is the Tondi barracks — an early-20th-century military complex whose red-brick buildings have been partly renovated into flats. Nearby are the Tondi railway stop and shopping centres towards Järve.
Tondi is a good place to change: buses run from here towards Järve, Nõmme and Mustamäe. The city centre is about ten minutes away by tram.
