Kosmos stop — Kesklinn · Pärnu maantee

The Kosmos stop takes its name from Kino Kosmos, which opened in 1964 and was for decades the largest cinema auditorium in Tallinn. The building’s modernist architecture remains one of the most recognisable landmarks on Pärnu maantee to this day.

The stop sits on Pärnu maantee, on the boundary between the city centre and Kitseküla. It is served by lines T3, T4 and T5.

The surrounding area has apartment blocks, offices and the buildings of Tallinn University of Applied Sciences. Vabaduse väljak is just two minutes away by tram.
