How we process personal data
Data controller
The data controller for personal data is the operator of tallinntram.com. For all data protection matters, write to [email protected].
What data we collect
Contact form data. When you send us a message, we process your name, email address and the content of the message. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and store it for up to two years.
Server logs. The web server automatically records the IP address, the time of the request, the browser type and the referring page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring security and troubleshooting; logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Statistics. If web analytics is used on the site, the data is processed in aggregate form and with an anonymised IP address.
Sharing data
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is processed on our behalf by web hosting and email service providers and the content delivery network Cloudflare, which keep the site running and protected.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing, object and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
To make a request, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
Security
The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The contact form is protected by spam filtering (a hidden field and reCAPTCHA), which does not collect any additional personal data beyond what is needed to detect spam.
