Marati stop — Põhja-Tallinn · Kopli

The Marati stop is on Kopli street, near the former Marati knitwear factory. In Soviet times the factory was one of the largest employers in Tallinn and gave its name to the stop, a name that has endured even after production ceased.

The area is typical Kopli: low apartment blocks, a few surviving industrial buildings and new housing between them. The tram stop is served by lines T1, T2, T5 and T6.

Towards the city centre the next stop is Sirbi, and towards Kopli it is Sepa. Balti jaam is reached from here in about ten minutes.
