The Maleva stop is on Kopli street, near the Maleva street junction. The stop is a gateway to the Karjamaa district — one of the quietest areas of Põhja-Tallinn, where wooden houses, gardens and smaller industrial areas alternate.
The stop is served by all four Kopli branch lines: T1, T2, T5 and T6.
On from the stop towards the city centre begins the Sitsi area, where the Balti Cotton Mill once stood — one of the largest textile factories in Tsarist Russia.
