Ülemiste jaam is Tallinn’s second major railway hub, which has undergone a complete rebuild in recent years. The Rail Baltica Tallinn passenger terminal is being built here, which will in future connect Estonia to the high-speed railway to Riga and Warsaw.
The construction of this very terminal was one reason the tram service towards the airport had been suspended since 2023. The connection reopened on 1 August 2026 and the stop is now served by lines T2 and T4.
From the stop it is a short walk to Ülemiste keskus — Estonia’s largest shopping centre — and on to Ülemiste City.
